Gozd Martuljek, zaroka: Irena + Miloš

Približuje se prvi šolski dan in okoli odhoda v novo okolje se z modrimi nasveti vedno oglasijo mame, tete, bratje in sestre. "Pridno zapisuj", "Bodi prijazen do svojih novih sošolcev", "Ne razgrajaj preveč" - takšne in drugačne "zadnje nasvete" dobimo vsi, preden prvič sedemo za šolske klopi, naj bodo to osnovnosolške, srednješolske ali pa klopi fakultete.
In ravno tako je Milošev brat ponudil nasvet, za katerega pa je težko vedel, da bo Milošu in Ireni tako zelo oblikoval življenji. Njegove besede so namreč bile, da naj se usede zraven študentke, od katere si bo lahko sposodil zapiske, ki mu bo lahko rezervirala sedež ali mu tako ali drugače pomagala. Bratov nasvet je Miloš upošteval in tako je po spletu okoliščin prisedel zraven Irene - ne dvomim, da je pomagalo tudi to, da je Irena lepotica :). In se je zgodil prvi prevoz domov po "daljši poti", povabilo na čaj, srečanja kar tako. Postala sta prijatelja, best friends in love :). Vse ostalo je sedaj tu pred vami: čudovit par. Ljubezen, spoštovanje, predanost in zaupanje.

Zaročno fotografiranje smo začeli pri Ireni doma. Za brezhiben make-up je poskrbela Aleksandra Nikolić. Prav razveselilo me je, ko sem izvedela, da se bosta tako ekstra potrudili že za zaročni fotosešn. Medtem ko je Irena uživala med ličenjem, je Miloš skuhal kavon in pripravil piškote.

Eng: It was a "first day in faculty" advice that joined their lives together. Miloš's brother told him, he should find a girl who will help him get "through the" college. And he did (a life changing advice that was - go brother!! :)) - he sat on the seat next to Irena's seat and they bonded. Firstly, it was just a ride home, then there were coffees, talks, hanging together, holding each other hand when times were tough. They were friends at first and continue to be to this day. Best friends in love.

The engagement photo session started at Irena's home. Aleksandra Nikolić took care for the flawless make-up. I was pretty excited when I found out that Irena decide to do her make-up in engagement photo shoot already. While Irena was having here make-up done, Miloš made a coffee and gave us some biscuits. 

Odšli smo na potep po jasah pod Špikom, kjer sta se želela fotografirati, in narava je bila res neverjetna. Irena in Miloš sta se sprostila tako hitro in skozi zaročno fotografiranje smo se imeli res odlično.

Eng: We went to take a walk on the meadows under the mountain Špik. The nature was just amazingly beautiful. Irena and Miloš were so relaxed from the beginning and the photo shoot was just a blast. 

In še vedno mi taka fotografija pomeni največ: iskren nasmeh! So Lovely! :)

Eng: And still this kind of photo means so much to me: an honest smile! Priceless! :)

Prosila sem ju, če se lahko sprehodita - proti meni in nazaj in tja na travnik, kjer sta se potem sama od sebe usedla (I just looove it, ko se pari sami odločijo, da se bodo imeli enostavno čudovito in me spustijo res blizu :)).

Eng: I asked them to take a walk and they decided to have a sit in the middle of this lawn and let me tell you that I just LOVE when couples decide to have a wonderful time and they just let me document it. :)

Vsak trenutek tega fotosešna je bil tako iskren, njun in poseben. Uživala sem, ko sem ju fotografirala in štejem si v veliko čast, da sta me izbrala tudi kot svojo poročno fotografinjo. Če želite vidite še ostale fotografije, si lahko ogledate njun SLIDESHOW.

Gorska svežina

(or Mountain freshness) 

V soboto sem popoldne preživela na jasah pod Gozdom Martuljkom. Sonce je zahajalo in temperatura se je spustila ravno dovolj, da sem lahko zadihala s polnimi pljuči. V senci je prijetno zahladilo, sončni žarki pa so čudoviti pokrajini dodali res pravljični moment. Trenutek, na katerega se je v tej vročini res osvežujoče spomniti. Spomin, ki bil lahko imel tudi svojo oznako: gorska svežina. ;) Poleg prijetnih temperatur pa sem imela možnost fotografirati tudi Ireno in Miloša. Vsak trenutek preživet z njima je bil res čudovit in tale objava je samo napoved prihajajočega post-a z njunega zaročnega fotosešna. Te objave se res veselim! :)

Eng: I spent Saturday afternoon in the meadows of Gozd Martuljek. The sun was just setting and the temperatures cooled down enough so you could call them "very pleasant". The setting sun gave such a fairytale look to the already beautiful nature od Gozd Martuljek. This are definitely the moments to remember in this summer-Ljubljana-heat. I could even call the moments by its own name: mountain freshness. ;) Besides the very enjoyable temperatures I had an opportunity to take photos of Irena and Miloš which was in every aspect a totally gorgeous experience ;). And this photo is just a coming soon post of their engagement photo session. I am really looking forward to this post! :)

Delavnica #2

(or Workshop #2) 

V četrtek je Incognito Ljubljana organiziral drugo delavnico, na kateri so se naši udeleženci učili fotografirati s t.i. "toy cameras". Na prvi delavnici, ki je potekala v prostorih BI KO FE-ja, smo se posvetili primerom in razložili vse možnosti fotografiranja s temi analognimi fotoaparati. Tokrat pa smo se odpravili ven in fotografirali Ljubljano. Marin in Dino sta razlagala in skušala kar najbolj nazorno in natančno razložiti, kako se delajo dvojne ekspozicije, kako videti svetlobo in delati s flešem. Jaz sem se jim pridružila in dokumentirala dogodek skozi moje oči.

Eng: On Thursday the Incognito shop in Ljubljana had the second workshop where our students learned how to take photos with "toy cameras". The first workshop was about the examples and possibilities and this one was trying to make it work for real :). Marin and Dino were trying to explain everything what we saw in examples: double exposures, flash technique, low light experimenting and other "good-to-know" techniques. I came along and documented the event through my lens ;).

Obožujem take spontane trenutke! :)

Eng: I adore moments like this. :) 

Odšli smo tudi v temnejše prostore, da smo videli, kako je s svetlobo in kakšna ekspozicija bi bila primerna, če bi želeli tam posneti fotografijo.

Eng: We went also to places where there wasn't so much light, so that the students could see how to work in such lightning conditions.

Polhov Gradec, poroka: Špela +Tomi

(or Polhov Gradec Wedding: Špela + Tomi) 

Na poroki Špele in Tomija sem bila prisotna kot druga fotografinja. Pri dokumentiranju detajlov in svatov sem pomagala fotografu  Andreju Korenču. Poroka se je zgodila v začetku junija na sončno sobotno popoldne v Polhograjskem parku. S fotografiranjem sva začela pri njih doma in jih spremljala skozi cel dan.
Biti druga fotografinja je vsekakor zelo zanimiva in poučna izkušnja. Upam, da bom vsako leto lahko tudi na tak način izpopolnjevala svoje veščine, ker je način, kako fotografiram drugačen - še vedno sicer moj, a malenkost drugačen :). Mesto druge fotografinje me "prisili" gledati in videti še vse ostale stvari, ki se dogajajo na poroki in iskati različne fotografije od tistih, ki jih je morebiti že posnel prvi fotograf. Do čistih detajlov in zanimivih kompozicij.
Ta poroka je bila zelo sproščene narave in izjemno dinamična. In takšne so tudi fotografije. Vsekakor pa nisem izpustila tistih detajlov, ki so meni najbolj pri srcu :).

Eng: I was a second photographer in a wedding of Špela and Tomi. Andrej Korenč was the first shooter and I "gave him a hand" in covering this wedding. It was a really interesting and educational, because being a second photographer challenges you to try to see thing differently and to capture other events, details than a first photographer. But still I wasn't able to "resist" the details I just love. So here are some photos from the wedding.

Pred začetkom obreda je ženinova priča poskrbela še za zadnje popravke.

Eng: Before the start of the ceremony the best man made some last adjustments.

Detajl, za katerega sem izjemno vesela, da sem ga ujela. Svetloba je bila ob tisti zgodnji popoldanski uri kar zahtevna in na tej fotografiji se je vse prav lepo izšlo. Med poroko sem se posvetila tudi svatom in tako ujela nekaj iskrenih trenutkov. Četrta fotografija v tem sklopu pa je zagotovo ena mojih najljubših tistega dne.

Eng: I am so glad I got this detail. The light during the ceremony wasn't the easy but in this photo everything turned out just perfectly. I especially love the last photo from this section. Just love it :)

Po poroki je sledilo nazdravljanje in nekaj poziranja. Nikakor se nisem mogla upreti, da ne bi naredila te fotografije nog neveste in njenih prijateljic. :)

Eng: Well not taking this sweet photo of the bride's and her friends just wasn't an option. :)

Spodnje fotografije so bile posnete pred/v bližnji gostilni, kjer se je svatba nadaljevala še pozno v noč. :)

Eng: Photos below were made in front/ in the restaurant where the party was. This certainly was a really dynamic wedding.

Po tej poroki sem bila druga fotografinja še na eni in se prav veselim, da vam pokažem tudi nekaj utrinkov iz tiste poroke. Do takrat pa bodite zelo lepo! :)

Rdeči čeveljci

(or The little red shoes)

Ta detajl sem posnela že nekaj časa nazaj z mojo Holgo na Gallusovem nabrežju v Ljubljani in prav presenečena sem bila, ko sem dobila razvito fotografijo. Ujela sem točno to, kar sem želela. Vijolično kolo in njene rdeče čeveljce. :) To so ti mali detajli, ki ponavadi končajo na foto papirju spravljeni med dve naključni strani v dnevniku (ali pa na blogu ;)). Na zadnjo stran bi bil pripisan datum in sporočilce: "Rdeči čeveljci - a HUGE I like ;)

Eng: I took a photo of this detail quite a while ago with my Holga one afternoon on Gallosovo nabrežje in Ljubljana. When I developed the photo I was pleasantly surprised. The motif on the photo was excatly what I wanted. Her violet bike and little red shoes. :) This are those lovely and tiny details that usually end up printed on a photo paper and stashed in between the pages of a diary. This one would have a short thought written on the back: "Little red shoes - a HUGE I like."

Morje - joy, joy, joy!

V nedeljo sem se odpravila na morje za en dan. Šla sem iskat sestro, ki si je privoščila teden dni morja, sonca, miru in knjig :). Če bi šla na obalo in se ne bi skopala, bi si to dejstvo strašno zamerila. :) Da sem se izognila slabim občutkom, sem se vrgla v vodo in plavala, kolikor dolgo sem le lahko. Naredila sem tudi nekaj random posnetkov tistega popoldneva na plaži in potem (kot običajno ;)) nastavila fotoaparat in prosila (tokrat) sestro, da naredi še kakšen moj posnetek. Drugič letos se kopati v morski vodi je le tak dogodek, da si ga je vredno zapomniti. :)

p.s.: Zadnja fotka mi je noro dobra! Toliko dogajanja na tej asfaltni plaži. Poletje pač! :)

Eng: I went to the seaside this Sunday for just a day. I went to pick up my sister who stayed at the seaside for a week enjoying the sea, sun, peace and reading books/studying. I would be extremely angry with myself if I wouldn't take a swim when coming to the seaside. So to avoid any bad feelings I jumped into the water and swam for as long as I could. In between I made some random beach photos and ask my sister to take one of me as well. Well, taking a swim in a sea for the second time this year is a moment worth remembering :).

p.s.: Just love the last photo. There just so much going on this asphalt beach. Oh, summer! :)

Nikkor AF 35/2 D

Kar nekaj vprašanj sem že dobila glede tega majhnega, lahkega in cenovno ugodnega objektiva. Jaz ga imam sedaj doma že dobro leto in ga na svojem Nikonu d300s uporabljam zelo pogosto. Kadar vzamem aparat s seboj, ne da bi vedela, ali ga bom uporabljala ali ne, je to moj objektiv to go. Ravno tako pa ga zelo pogosto uporabljam na vseh zaročnih in poročnih portretnih fotografiranjih.
Ta objektiv je z mano povsod, ker je lahek in dober. Ravno tako ga lahko uporabljam na svojem Nikonu F100, s katerim se sploh dobro ujameta :).

Tole je objektiv, o katerem sem govorila in spodaj sem objavila še nekaj fotografij, ki sem jih posnela ravno s tem objektivom, pod njimi pa sem zapisala specifikacije, da lahko točno vidite, kako je bil uporabljen.

Eng: In last months I got many questions about this lens, so I prepared a blog post with photos I have taken with this lens. I find this lens great - it is small, light and not a huge financial burden. I have it for about a year now and I do use this lens very often. Actually, anytime I take my Nikon d300s with me with no special intention to shoot, I always take this lens with me. Is it my lens to go :). I do use it a lot as well on my portrait session during the engagement session or wedding.

This is the lens I am talking about and I am posting few photos with information below them.
